The founder of the Hash House Harriers, A. S. Gispert, was born on the 31st July 1903, in SE London on the doorstep of MASH Hash House Harriers, who together with Bicester H³ organised the first run to celebrate "G"'s birthday on 31st July 1999.
Run No 2 (2000) was hosted by Cheltenham & Cotswold H³ also in Greenwich on 6 Aug '00.
Run No 3 (2001) was hosted by Milton Keynes H³ in Bletchley, MKC, near the last place in England where "G" worked before departing for Malaya.
Run No 4 (2002) was held on Sunday, 4th August '02, from Herne Hill Station, London
Run No 5 (2003) was held in London on 2nd August.
Run No 6 (2004) was held on 31st July, '04 on a trail between Southend and London Liverpool Street.
