Initially joined the first line support as cover for the Christmas period, this was extended until the end of January to help resolve various Hardware & networking issues. The site was predominantly Win 95 users, with NT4 Servers and NetWare servers.

Migrating data from multiple contact management packages, to a single integrated solution using ATLAS.

Exporting from Outlook EMO, Outlook Genesis and versions 2, 3 and 4 of ACT.

Exporting into an intermediate format (CSV, Comma separated values), then junk records and duplicates were eradicated before being sent to Stanford for the merge/purge operation, after which records that were present in more than one persons contact file were grouped together and the best fitting record was chosen for inclusion in the final database

As part of a fourteen man team we built and imaged 450 machines with Windows NT4.0 Workstation (Desktop machines) and Windows 95 (laptops) The machines varied in hardware and software specifications including Internet, intranet, SQL and ODBC products. 

We manually configured a number of machines in the field to put them on the domain.
