Large, long-term, multi-disciplinary, multi-period research project based on the parish of Sedgeford. Current work is concentrating on Middle Saxon to Early Medieval sites. It operates as a volunteer and training project. Fieldwork takes place 11 July to 22 August 1998 with places for 75+ volunteers each week.
