Andrew Reeves

I'm Andrew Reeves and I am one of two conference representatives from Dartford, Kent. I am currently Constituency Chair and also Regional Development Officer for North and West Kent. This is only my second conference and due to my commitments within the Party I am looking for training opportunities to enable Dartford to elect it's first Liberal Democrat Councillors in 50 Years.

This week I have volunteered to be one of the many stewards needed to run a successful conference, it should be fun. I am also involved in DELGA, the Party's Lesbian and Gay campaigning group as their newsletter editor and hope to promote the group at this conference. We have two important fringe meetings which I will be supporting and we also are putting an amendment to a motion for discussion at this conference also.

I hope to meet up with many other Liberal Democrats to gain valuable campaigning experience and pass on this information to others within The Kent Alliance of Liberal Democrats. My weekend will kick off at around 1pm on Saturday with steward training, then leaflet drops for DELGA, this is going to be one busy week, so see you soon.
