    ‘Moving Ahead - Towards A Citizens’ Britain’ Liberal Democrats Launch Policy Review

    Paddy Ashdown MP, Leader of the Liberal Democrats, and Malcolm Bruce MP, Treasury spokesman, today announce the conclusions of the Liberal Democrat post election policy review, contained in a document entitled: ‘Moving Ahead - Towards a Citizen’s Britain’. This document, the findings of policy commissions set up earlier this year, will be debated at the Liberal Democrat Brighton conference later this month and will form the basis of the 1999 election manifestos.

    Lib Dems Unveil New Economic Policy Proposals

    Malcolm Bruce MP, Liberal Democrat Treasury Spokesman, and Edward Davey MP, Liberal Democrat Economic Affairs Spokesman, will today unveil the new Liberal Democrat economic policy proposals produced by the Economic Policy Review Commission - and to be debated at the Brighton Conference.
