The ICCE programme.

What is it all about?

The article I wrote for the BAAVSS circular in September 2005 sums up the programme best (Word format), (HTML format).

The ICCE programme is about getting together enough observations of variable objects whose characteristics are either unknown, or there is some reason to suspect that they have previously been incorrectly catalogued.

New observers for the ICCE programme are always welcome as there is useful work that can be done by those at all levels of expertise and with any level of equipment. To take part simply email me at cpj@cix.co.uk.

The full ice programme list follows, for a chart of the object click on the entry for the object under ‘chart’ and for a light curve and additional information click on the object name.

As write this in December 2005 the ICCE programme on the site is limited to some charts and a few lightcurves. Keep watching this space though as more charts will be posted as they become available and I’ll be adding more lightcurves and information over the coming weeks so that all of those involved can see the impact that there observations are having in our understanding of the various objects in the list.
