Keep your place in IE – Shift-Click links

David Dorn often searches multiple links from one page without having to use the [BACK] button go back – here’s how.

I don’t know how many time I’ve done a search and ended up with a page full of interesting-looking links to try. In the days before I sussed this tip out, I’d laboriously click on the [Back] button to get back to the search page. Not now, though!

All you’ve got to do is hold down the [SHIFT] key while you click a link, and it will open in a new browser window. The get back to your search window (or wherever you came from) all you need to do is click on its window, or close the child window.

How easy can it be?!?
