Restart, not reboot

A time saving tip for all Windows 9x users

You just know that when you’ve installed a new piece of software, it’s going to want to reboot your machine – and it always happens when you’ve got least time available. So, here’s what you do:

Cancel any prompt to reboot your PC, and then click on [Start], <Shut Down> and select <Restart> Hold down the [Shift] key while you click the [OK] button, and Windows will do a restart, rather than a reboot.

It takes half the time a full reboot takes.
