The annual Flixton, Urmston and Davyhulme Carnival is one of the main events
that unites the local communities.
The parade of bands, dancers and floats usually starts from Chassen Road and makes its way down Church Road, Station Road, Crofts Bank Road, past Trafford General Hospital and the Garrick pub to Woodsend where the carnival field and funfair are located .
