This will allow an exchange of views on new US and EU legislation. Mr Watson was the architect of anti-terrorism measures overwhelmingly approved by the European Parliament. Transatlantic co-operation on other issues, such as data protection, will also be discussed.
THURSDAY, 6 DECEMBER
Graham Watson returns overnight from Washington to Brussels.

Graham Watson will be asking an oral question about Council and Commission delays in the implementation of a new regulation giving greater public access to European government documents.
