Public Spending Cuts -
What the future looks like for education and teachers.

Gove’s Academies & Free Schools –
Legislation is being rushed through Parliament which removes the need for governing bodies to consult with parents or staff before applying to become an academy. Michael Gove, has written to all schools about the Bill and separately to all schools with an 'outstanding' Ofsted judgement, inviting them to become an Academy by September 2010.  Come and hear why we need to fight this.
