South Bradford Academy

- Arrangements for the Academy being worked up.

War on Iraq

- Funded 23 people to go on demo (transport costs).
Guidance is being prepared by the National Union and by Interfaith Centre
Conflict in schools is likely - school staff need to have a strategy for dealing with incidents.
Community representatives could assist schools in addressing issues.

Union could:- Clarify amount of planning that's necessary - telling people in management that so far & no further (bureaucracy ballot).
Meeting to be organised of members & reps to discuss what Union can be asking for/prepare for.
