Are you on a fixed term contract which is expected to come to an end in the near future?

Education Bradford has sent advice to all schools about how such contracts should be ended if the school believes they need to be.

The contract holder should receive a letter, at least eight weeks before the contract is due to end, inviting them to a meeting with the Headteacher. They are invited to take a union representative with them.

If you are in this position, please contact the union office. Involving the Union will maximise the chances of the contract being extended, or the job being made permanent.
