Borough Councillor Sarah Dickinson
Sarah was elected in 2007. She lives locally
in Grange ward and works as a team secretary in the NHS. Sarah strongly
supports action on the environment and regularly uses public transport.
County Councillor Dean Gamble
Dean has been a County Councillor in Oadby
since 2001. He has a keen interest in safeguarding the green spaces in
the Borough from over-development, particularly the area around the University
Halls of Residence.
County Councillor Mike Griffiths
Mike has lived in Oadby for over 40 years
and is a County Councillor for the town. He also served on Oadby &
Wigston Borough Council for several years.
Ian Ridley
Ian is 35 and has lived in Leicester and
Oadby for 16 years. He is a graduate of Leicester University, gaining
a Doctorate in Physics in 2000. He now works as a web developer. As both
a student in the past and now living in Oadby, Ian is familiar with the
issues affecting residents in Grange Ward.
