XCL Expeditions		XCL personnel have been involved with running large scale expeditions to Guyana for some eight years, building an extensive network and a considerable knowledge of the country and its people. We believe that for participants, the unique combination of being an active member of a community project team and the adventure that accompanies it will allow you to get the most from your expedition experience. In order to ensure that fair and equitable trading exists between the expedition and the host country, XCL expeditions are committed to a community development approach and are sensitive to local needs.
		Agencies and Communities		XCL continually works with agencies and communities to identify new projects to collaborate on and support. Our expeditions centrally feature the projects so we rarely have the same expedition twice. Planning for expeditions is an ongoing process, so don't hesitate to contact us to find out about other expedition opportunities. XCL is committed to expeditions as part of a learning process. In conjunction with our Outdoor Personal Development Division, we have devised unique opportunities for specialist training courses in expedition planning, pre-expedition training, leadership etc. All courses are designed to meet individual needs so please contact us for further information.
