Introduction

This lesson considers what you need to do to keep your camera in good working order, and what you need to do to prevent expensive floodings.

Aims

This lesson will introduce to you, or refresh your knowledge of, maintenance for underwater cameras.

Objectives

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:

• Understand the purpose and function of O-rings
• Understand how to prepare your camera for underwater use
• Understand how to clean your camera after use
• Understand what your options are if you do flood your camera
