I really haven't found much on the Internet that addresses this topic. Why don't you see what you can find.
See if you can find out anything about the "Diamond Reef" system of buoyancy training.
Most technique books will contain a paragraph or two about responsible diving, so look them up.
One or two training agencies provide training materials on Advanced Buoyancy or something similar. Why don't you try and dig out that material.
