General Election: Lib Dems celebrate sharp increase in support
The local Lib Dem share of the vote increased 54% from 10.7% to 16.6%, over twice the national average swing. We were the only major party in Ealing Acton & Shepherds Bush to increase our number of votes despite a sharp drop in overall turnout.

NHS: local survey shows more investment urgently needed
The last Conservative Government underfunded the NHS and then Labour failed to make the necessary investment early in this Parliament. Results from our constituency-wide health survey of residents and GPs show the NHS is badly underresourced in our area. We are campaigning for increased investment in the NHS.

Save the Tube: campaign continues
The tube is suffering badly from underinvestment and Labour's obsession with privatisation. We are campaigning locally for improved information in local District Line stations, for investment to allow Piccadilly line trains to stop at Turnham Green and for increased District Line services to cope with the extra journeys generated by the new Chiswick Park development..
