THE
LIBRARY The books held cover many aspects of gardening from historic through to present day practices. Particularly well represented are botany, design, wild flowers, town and country gardens, autobiography and biography of plant hunters and plantsmen, individual plant geni, general gardening and herbs. Publishing dates cover the period from the 17th century to the present day. The library is available by prior arrangement to all Friends of the Museum. Non-members are also able to visit the library upon joining the library's temporary membership scheme.
