I'd forgotten how much fun planning could be particularly at this time of year. Although Harlow is blessed with many paths, I was able to produce some courses that I feel gave you the chance to appreciate the colours and charm of an autumnal forest and also venture off road from time to time. Thanks to everyone who gave me their feedback at the finish.

Thanks to Angela for her slick organisation of the event . To Del, Dave, Ralph and Tony for helping to take in the controls; a contribution much appreciated at the end of a long day. Thanks to Tony for sorting out the Sportident equipment and finally to Pete for controlling with tact and humour making it easier to hit the tight schedules we were working to.
