- It could be a similar email or face to face service
What are the discussion topics?
- You had a great experience when you rang a HelpLine
- You had a bad experience when you called
- You feel that playing music to callers while they wait in line is a bad thing
- You wish HelpLines would do X
- You wish HelpLines wouldn't do Y
- Etc.
