Does your mail program have difficulty decoding files returned?

This will fix the problem for web files and for all FTP files under 3 megabytes

V1.8 released with even more servers. Also, it can queue requests and send them automatically next time you are online.

If you use Outlook Express, these settings work best:

1. Right click the MR. Cool tool tray item
2. Click the Servers tab
3. In the bottom of the three boxes, select ftpmail@cs.arizona.edu
4. Click the Preferences tab
5. Select the MIME option
6. Click Ok

Future requests for ftp://... files should be decodable

"not allowed to use this service" from pcug.co.uk. There's a problem with this server. Select a different FTP server (Right click icon, and change the box near the bottom right)

"Error in Request" is usually due to the wrong SMTP server setting. Press Help then the Search button and type SMTP to see help on this.
