Skateboard Area Investment

The Skateboard Half Pipe at the far end of the Nottingham Road Playing Field is to be improved. The Southwell Youth Forum have raised funds to pay for the facility, helped by the Southwell Town Council.

A recent offer from local engineers Ken Ware to provide additional facilites has been received. The Town Council will be installing the new additions, after consulting local users for the best way to improve the area. The Town Council will also be fencing the area for additional safety.
