St Mungo's Headquarters

High care homes

St Mungo's runs seven high care homes, where staffing levels are higher and where permanent accommodation is offered to men and women with severe physical and mental health problems

The care homes are in Brent, Camden and Islington and Westminster. Four are exclusively for people who are mentally ill; the other three are for people with a variety of problems.

There are 156 beds, all in single rooms, and residents are placed there usually through social services using community care funding or by other agencies.
