Patterns and Emanations

This work comes from my studies and contemplation of the Tibetan mandala - particularly the Kalachakra Mandala (Wheel of Time). There is no attempt to re-create this mandala, instead I have focussed on the cumulative experience - similar to looking at stained glass where the individual parts may be very small, but collectively the patterns of light energy create an overwhelming experience (the rose window of Reims Cathedral, France, for example).
